Key Responsibilities: Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System providing reactive/notification/escalation services Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for local and international Colocation Customers Fiber/copper cross-connects and equipment troubleshooting Perform rack & stack tasks for customer equipment Monitor and assist Customer Support requests Background Required: Experience in Customer Service, Operation Centres or Data centres Experience of Cat5e/ Cat6a/ Fibre Cabling Techniques Previous ISP or Telco Background Entry level applicants welcome Happy to work a variety of shifts
