Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing & production
• Evolution of manufacturing processes and procedures to support business
• Develop department strategy to achieve business growth
• Strong focus on market trends and competition trends to identify opportunities
• Continuous optimization of production processes and structure (strategy, methods, tools, personnel development, etc.) and related key figures
• Develops manufacturing long and short-range plans and objectives

Background Required:

• B.S degree in Engineering or related field
• Production experience manufacturing & developing special-purpose industrial machinery
• Operate as an entrepreneur within the plant to develop & spot opportunities
• Experienced manufacturing professional
• Strong communicator, professional & charismatic
