REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year degree in business, marketing, advertising, journalism or related field.
- Minimum of five years direct experience in developing and executing advertising and marketing programs required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Minimum of three years experience in community banking preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Maintain working knowledge of bank policies and procedures as well as bank marketing regulations.
