Clear Point Group is Hiring a Recruiting Research Associate Near New York, NY

As a Recruiting Sourcer/Researcher, you will directly play a significant role to attract and acquire people for very specific opportunities with our clients. This role will span two main initiatives - mapping and identifying talent for current and future openings through extensive research and active outreach to prospects and candidates through our platform. You will have various projects that share a common outcome and goal of building our talent brand and candidate interest through market intelligence. There is an administrative component to the role as well which will be helping the firm with scheduling interviews, and communicating with various clientele.

We work in a very fast paced and competitive industry and this role is critical to helping us achieve that mission across our growing client base. The goal to train and transition into a full Executive Recruiter that can eventually run a full desk.

This position will be based in New York City (Midtown) 2-3 days a week onsite.

Duties:

  • Recruiting Outreach to prospective candidates.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Partners to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various sourcing channels
  • Conduct market research to have a great understanding of the external talent landscape that may provide a market intelligence to our internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of candidates, leveraging various sourcing channels such as: complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, market research, networking, blogs, forums, advertising
  • Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with external candidates and organizations
  • Talent Mapping and Categorization
  • Perform various administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to; database management/data entry, resume formatting, interview scheduling etc…

  • Someone organized, great at managing their time and juggling many multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  • A good communicator in-person, over email and the phone
  • Pride in your work, you care about researching and getting various data correct for our recruiting needs with possible advancement towards running a full recruitment desk

Requirements:

  • Recent College Degree with demonstrated academic success
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or someone with a sales background is preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other non traditional sourcing tools is a major plus
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Experience with Bullhorn is ideal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Most importantly, a great outgoing person we can trust that wants to grow with a company.
