Clear Title is Hiring a Branch Administrator Near Las Vegas, NV

Description

As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk and ensuring smooth administrative operations within your Branch. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a positive experience for visitors and colleagues alike.

Greeting and Welcoming clients:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, warmly welcoming them as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate person or office.

Phone Management:

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Screen and forward calls to the relevant parties.

Maintaining Reception Area:

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Keep necessary stationery and materials (such as pens, forms, and brochures) well-stocked.
  • Stock and clean beverage station and conference room.

Providing Information:

  • Offer basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email.

Mail Handling:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Office Security:

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
  • Control access via the reception desk (monitor logbook and issue visitor badges).

Supply Management:

  • Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
  • check and restock printers, copiers, restrooms (paper towels, toilet paper, seat covers).

Calendar Management:

  • Update branch calendar, ensure all signings are scheduled on proper calendar to prevent overlapĀ 
  • Maintain branch Team Member calendars and schedule meetings.

Expense Records:

  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Submit expense reports for branch expenses and branch / division leadership.

Additional Clerical Duties:

  • Assist with tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Assist with opening orders, learning the escrow process, notarizing documents, and growing within the organization.
