Duties * You will disassemble aircraft or major components for over haul or modify. * You will determine required repairs. * You will visually check removed parts and report unusual wear, damage, dirt or poorly adjusted parts and accessories. * You will correct problems. * You will research/look up replacement parts in applicant technical instructions, (manuals, publications, local engineering instructions, temporary engineering instructions, etc). * You will perform complex tasks, installs, adjusts, aligns, troubleshoots and performs final functional and operational tests on a variety of major aircraft systems.
