RMC is hiring for aNetwork Boundary Administratorwho will provide support to an RDT&E environment at Patuxent River, MD.The selected applicant will provide application support to the Network Infrastructure such as Firewalls, Cisco Identity Services, and Proxies. The selected applicant will possess:

• Strong Networking background in Firewalls and Cisco Identity Servers
• Understanding of NAT (Network Address Translation) and SNAT (Source Network Address Translation)
• Managing appliance health and server status
• Experience in providing high level network design and implementation skills and combine technical intelligence with communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with DNS experience with understanding of DDoS mitigation practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure configuration control procedures are followed for all work activities.
• Document maintenance, repair and test activities.
• Perform STIG application across multiple environments.
• Perform QA evaluations to ensure compliance with technical orders and manufacturer specification sheets.
• Maintain and create reports, schematics and databases.
• Attend scrum team, departmental and staff meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork. Education Requirement:
• A Bachelor's Degree and three to five (3-10) years of experience in related infrastructure network engineering and network administration work is required.
• Or, Six (6) years of additional related work experience or an Associate's Degree and four (4) years of additional related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Certification Requirement:
• The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security CE equivalent, or greater).
• CCNA certification is desired. Clearance Requirement:
• Anactive DoD Top Secret clearanceis required to start.
