ClearanceJobs is Hiring a Depot Craftsman 2 with Security Clearance Near Severn, MD

Your Impact
  • Manages and performs non-routine disassembly, preparation, overhaul, repair, reassembly, testing, or fabrication and assembly of complex electro-mechanical equipment on a jobbing basis, requiring moderate electromechanical skill and ability.
  • Performs removal, repair, and installation to a variety of items pertaining to rebuilding and the repair of communication shelters, trailers, and vans.
  • Repairs may be structural in nature to include repair and modification of doors and wall assemblies.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Utilizing drawings and technical specification and manuals, lays out and installs equipment racks, brackets, holding devices, mast assemblies, HVAC systems and electrical components within shelter.
  • Applies knowledge gained through education and prior experience to accomplish work necessary to develop deliverable end products from written tasks to include mechanical drawings and verbal direction by the COR. Here's what you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
