Position Summary Breck is seeking a Project Manager with a background in IT and a minimum Secret clearance. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. The place of performance will be onsite at Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle, PA and is in service to a federal agency client. This leadership role supports a diverse and mission-focused agency within the federal government sector. Upon award of contract win, period of performance would begin June 9. Essential Responsibilities
Oversight of daily support operations
Funding and budget management alongside performance analysis
Report writing, oversight, quality control, and delivery
Experience conducting, writing, and delivering after action reviews/reports
Analysis of system performance, applications, and technology
Support enterprise initiatives and Lifecycle technology refreshes and migrations
Prepare or conduct briefs as required
Oversee quality control plans
Provide administrative support for contractor employees and manage sub-contractors as applicable
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved
Tracks progress of objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Provide/recommend procedure changes or system improvements to management and leadership to maintain efficient and effective processes
Directly interfaces with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officers Representatives, Contract Specialists, and Federal Project Managers
Develops and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for project and contract management tasks
Organizes and maintains records for contract items and activities
Support analysis of risks and development of mitigation plans
Communications with company executives on contract status

Range from $85,000 - $140,000

Secret Security Clearance
HSD or GED
ITIL experience (certification preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Management preferred (not required)
1 year of supervisory experience (2 desired)
4 years of work experience as an individual contributor performing any of the following tasks
Oversight of daily support operations
Funding and budget management
Report writing, oversight, quality control, and delivery
Experience conducting, writing, and delivering after action reviews/reports
Analysis of system performance, applications, and technology
Provide/recommend system improvements
Support enterprise initiatives and Lifecycle technology refreshes and migrations
