I have been consulted by other employees in difficult situations pertaining to performance of duties in the field of electrical machinery and equipment repair. I have advised others in the performance of these tasks as a regular part of my duties. I perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical and electronic systems and equipment associated with underground buildings and structures and Class A power generating plants, primary and secondary distribution systems such as blast protection systems, electromagnetic pulse filters, ground fault sensing circuits. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high voltage electrical generating equipment and controls associated with a Class A power plant. I have performed the full range of supervisory duties to include: plan and establish overall leave schedule; determine training needs of subordinates and arrange for its accomplishment; set performance standards, and make formal appraisals of subordinate work performance; initiate recommendations for promotion or reassignment of subordinates..
