Responsibilities Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an Intelligence Planner to employ intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD. Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but not limited to, development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES). Additionally, planners assist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process.
Please note that this position needs to be filled urgently due to time-sensitive project requirements. Selection will occur by 06/14.* Qualifications
3 years of experience in intelligence planning
2 years of experience at a Combatant Command, National-level Intelligence Agency, or Service Component
Experience with joint and combined, multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning, and developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs
Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs
Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
Knowledge of planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral Exercises
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a CI poly. Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:
Experience with military decision-making process.
Joint Intelligence Planner - 1 Certification
Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses (IPC 1 & 2)
Completion of Joint Professional Military Education, Phase I or II
BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related.
