We are seeking a mission-focused IT Program Manager to support and contribute to our government customer's success on a cleared program in Herndon, Virginia! ***ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED*** Responsibilities In this role, you will provide support in developing documentation for the Sponsor's cyber data exploitation capabilities and assistance with technical program management activities related to the implementation of Al/ML model development and deployment strategy. This generally will require professional experience doing technical writing and documentation, a user experience perspective, strong collaboration skills, ability to relay technical concepts and technologies to a non-technical audience in both written and verbal forms, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of program management and implementation. Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
The Contractor shall support a growing development and engineering team, helping the team leverage tools and adapt program management principles to maximize efforts across multiple programs and priorities.The Contractor shall have technical writing and documentation skills, the ability to effectively communicate while keeping a user's perspective in mind, an understanding of Sponsor's data exploitation capabilities, and the ability to communicate these through various mediums to include web content and knowledge management systems, wiki, email, briefings, and a user interface.
The Contractor shall support transition of improvements from development to production.
The Contractor shall, alongside development team and key partners, lead efforts to provide user and system documentation, support pilot user program and feedback loop.
The Contractor shall plan and execute center-wide communications about technical projects.
The Contractor shall organize, plan, and prioritize a variety of complex and competing projects to meet tactical and strategic goals of the Sponsor (i.e. planning to implement short-term tactical data wins while planning for a transition to long-term strategic solutions).
The Contractor shall use organizational tools (Jira, Confluence) and maintain an understanding of program and configuration management principles {Agile, Scrum, Iterative Development).
The Contractor shall work with Sponsor and Sponsor partners to deconflict data requirements and collaborate to identify process efficiencies.
The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor Program Manager with the development of work processes.
The Contractor shall provide programmatic support to the Sponsor in engaging with mission partners and internal and external stakeholders in an ongoing dialogue to meet tactical and strategic goals.
The Contractor shall develop and track key program success metrics. Qualifications Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies
An active TS/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a technical discipline
Demonstrated experience with technical writing
Demonstrated experience with program management or certifications in program Preferred Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies
Experience with enterprise level Windows Server operating environments, including Windows Active Directory, Group Police
Demonstrated experience working with commercial collection operations and a software development team.
Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's mission environment working with data exploitation
Demonstrated experience with Sponsor data sharing platforms and
Demonstrated experience working in Sponsor's technical
Demonstrated experience working with various Sponsor data
Demonstrated experience with information operations, computer networks, communications infrastructures, and associated Security Clearance Level
TS/SCI with an adjudicated polygraph Certification
