Duties * You will serve as an IT Project manager for Communication and IT equipment, software, materials, and services capital planning, budget and execution and fiscal requirements. * You will conduct Capital Planning and Investment Assessments for Communication and IT requirements, equipment, goods, services, capabilities, including return on investment analysis, leveraging principles and methods of capital investment analysis. * You will employ advanced analysis and programming technologies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Communication and IT systems design and life cycle management. * You will perform a range of budgetary and procurement actions, to include support services and capabilities ARI provides to its HQMC customers in the areas of Communication and IT equipment, goods, services, and capabilities. * You will provide advice on Communication and IT fiscal matters such as how the budget will be used; the timeframe in which it will be used; the amount and type of funding; the trends in the obligation and/or expenditure; and the effects of changes.
