Job Description
- Responsible for providing support to the Replication Distribution Information and Installation (RDIT) for the CECOM's Software Engineering Center (SEC) for both CONUS and OCONUS customers.
- Oversee and manage all replication and distribution
- Ensure the quality and validation of work products produced by all team
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet the needs of JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain the RDIT Shared Mailbox
- Submit labor hour estimations for funding
- Coordinate and manage requests and programs within a SCIF
- Maintain SCIF lab records to include DA 701, 702, and 1999
- Maintain all Classified logs and signed DA 3964
- Ensure the safety and security of laboratory facilities by staying updated on protocols, regulations, and standards.
- Supervise personnel functions such as onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
- Manage employee on-site/telework
- Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and tools by inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of budget
- Collaborate with government agencies, administrators, and departments, and serve as a liaison when required.
- Create/Edit customer spreadsheets to meet the specific needs of
- Create UPS batch files for up to 250 addresses at a
- Using Avery label templates, create OCONUS shipping
- Monitor, research and distribute information about changes in regulatory guidelines, as well as trends and advancements in techniques and technology.
- Replicating software onto CD/DVD, SD cards, external hard drives, and other various media ensuring that the media meets quality control standards as per the specific
- Bundle, assemble and ship replicated media into software baseline
- Create shipments using UPS, USPS and FedEx accounts shipping them to specific locations (04215) - W56JSR-19-C-0006 - SEC ISS (5017) Experience Needed:
- 0-2 Years' Experience
- MUST HAVE Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Outlook, Excel and Word)
- MUST HAVE experience with creating/editing spreadsheets
- MUST HAVE experience with mail merge (Excel to Word)
- Experience with UPS batch files a plus Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (business or professional degree related to project) Clearance Requirement:
- MUST HAVE an active Secret Security Clearance This is 100% on site work
