Torch Technologies is seeking a technology professional support our model-based systems engineering team at Eglin AFB, FL. A successful candidate will have experience developing in SysML and Cameo. The candidate will be part of a team developing Cameo models. The U.S. Air Force is developing a new Long-Range Stand-Off (LRSO) nuclear missile. The service plans to field the LRSO by 2030 to replace the current, General Dynamics (now Raytheon) AGM-129A Advanced Cruise Missile (ACM) that originally entered service in 1991. In May 2021, the Air Force awarded an Engineering and Manufacturing Design (EMD) contract to Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division (AFNWC/NDB), which is resident at Eglin AFB, Florida, is the System Program Office (SPO) responsible for the acquisition. Role and Responsibilities

• Support program model-based systems engineering development.
• Engage in Digital Engineering concept planning; design and development; integration, testing and verification at the system, element or component level.
• Work in MBSE specialty areas, which include but are not limited to Systems Engineering, Cruise Missile and supporting systems, Modeling and Simulation, Cyber, and Systems Architecture.
• Support development of critical MBSE artifacts and algorithms to improve/reduce the nuclear certification timeline.
• Support development of framework to conduct System Engineering Technical Reviews from within MBSE environment.
• Create status charts on program progress after reviewing and updating IPT schedule activities. Job Requirements
• Cameo experience is required.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, Unified Architecture Framework, and Systems Modeling Language.
• Experience in a program office is desired.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Current DOD Secret Clearance (or US Gov equivalent), must be TS eligible. Must maintain clearance at required level.
• PMP certification is preferred
• H ave 5 years of experience post degree.
• Must have a Masters's degree in computer science. Bachelors degree plus years of experience may be substituted for the Master's degree.
