Roles and Responsibilities: * Minimum one (1) year of experience in providing the full range of network management and administration support in a multi-platform, automated office environment.

• Provides daily O&M and manages network performance and maintains network security.
• Maintains the system by troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software problems; evaluates, and implements network policies and procedures to ensure there is conformance with information systems and organizational objectives.
• Has extensive knowledge of PC/network communications hardware and software in a multi-protocol environment and network management tools and software.
• Manages network performance and maintains network security.
• Ensures security procedures are implemented and enforced.
• Installs network hardware and software; troubleshoots network problems; implements network policies, procedures and standards; and ensures systems are in conformance with organizational objectives.
• Other responsibilities could include training local users on network operations.
