Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is looking for a Program Manager/Task Order Lead who will oversee the project, serve as the main point of contact for all Contractor personnel, and have the overall management and accountability of the project. Primary Responsibilities: * Program Manager (PM) is a key position and will be assigned to perform a variety of tasks/roles to oversee the program and task order projects, serve as the main point of contact for all Contractor personnel, and have the overall management and accountability of the project. * PM will manage the performance of the contract, and maintain open communication with Government, subcontractors, and other associated contract vendors. * PM shall deliver status reports providing corrective action plans, timely identification of issues, effective management of sub-Contractors, planned Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables, planned trips, and recommendations for any additional tools, manpower, and support required for successful execution of Task Order(s). * PM will also lead the contractor program management office, Integrated Product Team, customer service desk, coordinate reachback support, develop financial forecasting reports, and conduct Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMR), risk reviews, and other meetings at the request of the Government. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. * The PM shall have a technical background that facilitates understanding the Government's technical requirements and communications with the PMO. * Have a management background that facilitates supervision of Contractor personnel performance, and manage all subcontractor interface requirements as appropriate. * The PM shall ensure all work performed meets the requirements of the Task Order, work closely with the AF PMO and local task order bases to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner and notify the PMO and COR immediately of any problems or issues. * The PM shall also have the ability and experience necessary to understand complex network deployments across multiple bases, operations, personnel qualifications of Contractor and subcontractor personnel, and Air Force acquisition processes. * Experience managing a complex team of technical personnel in multiple geographic locations. * Experience in briefing senior Air Force military and Government civilian leaders and staff. * Experience in planning, tracking, and mitigating project cost, schedule, and performance risks. * Able to travel as required to CONUS and OCONUS Air Force task order locations as required. * Extensive Department of Air Force background and experience. * Meet DOD 8570 (updated as DOD 8140) information assurance certification requirements. * Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain a high performing team for life of the contract. Clearance: Proof of U.S. Citizenship and must possess a minimum of an active DoD Secret level security clearance. Desired Qualifications * Direct experience with Air Force network operations and processes.

• Prior experience with Air Force base network upgrade programs.
• Familiarity with DoD and/or Air Force cybersecurity program and risk management framework processes and requirements.
