Duties * Seeks, identifies, and develops opportunities and oversees planning of, coordination and execution of complex protocol support. * Determines program budget goals and develops directives, plans, and procedures for implementation and compliance. * Develop new methods and procedures for protocol program including establish precedent and capture incorporation of lessons learned. * Participates in meetings, working group sessions and other venues with a broad range of US and international organizations to develop expanded opportunities for international cooperation in counter drug operations. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Two year trial/probationary period may be required. * In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter. * Must be cleared for, and when granted, maintain a Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information. * Requires Temporary Duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time.
