Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) is seeking a Senior Information Technology Business Partner to support Phantom Works programs in El Segundo, CA or Seal Beach, CA. The selected candidate will lead the execution of strategic IT&DA project initiatives like Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Manufacturing and Operations Management Position Responsibilities: * Leads liaison activities between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met

• Leads the education of the Business on IT service offerings
• Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
• Leads development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders
• Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
• Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
• Holds accountability for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s) This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * 5 years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 3 years of experience developing and executing IT project plans
• 3 years of experience in a formal or informal Leadership role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Active US Top Secret Security Clearance
• Experience with Phantom Works
• Experience with systems thinking across broad process and architectural landscapes
• Experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
• Experience working with long range business planning methodologies and budget management
• Experience working with Senior and Executive management and external Customer relationship management
• Bachelor's degree or higher Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
