The Social Media Coordinator Organizes, plans, and manages the entire life cycle of marketing , Rigid Tactical social media, and business-to-business social media coordination. Major Responsibilities (KPIs):
Utilize budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results; develop and implement a marketing and social media strategy to support organizational mission, vision, and goals.
Adhere to company policies and processes to ensure effective and high-quality services are delivered.
Provide social media metrics and report on progress weekly or as required. Duties/Responsibilities :
Create social media content and campaigns. Ensures work is consistently aligned with company strategies and branding.
Target media to existing and prospective customers and clients, partners and candidates .
Analyze social media data and use it to improve content and campaigns, gather insights, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media strategies.
Identify opportunities to grow the audience and improve brand awareness.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Maintain currency with technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Manage all social media tools to include Buffer, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year utilizing social media as a moderator, admin, or professional
Significant experience and understanding of Department of Defense terminology
Ability to utilize current social media platforms with or without accommodation
Demonstrated knowledge of compensation structures and relocation assistance packages
Participation in leadership and project management meetings as required.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing
