TMC is in search of a Test Engineer to support the verification and validation of critical releases. The selected candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. To be successful in this position, the candidate must have the ability to drive projects forward with limited oversight and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with writing and executing manual system, integration, and regression tests is essential, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into test plans. Additionally, due to federal contract requirements, the candidate must be a US citizen and possess a minimum of an active Secret clearance to start. The Test Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Execute manual tests, covering full suite of Test Scenarios for builds and/or images to be delivered to customer
• Produce or contribute to the development of test cases for manual testing
• Produce or contribute to the development of detailed test plans and test data, define test acceptance criteria, and produce/contribute to production of Requirements Traceability Matrices
• Provide inputs to Project Managers and senior leaders for the development of accurate estimates for project planning
• Collect evidence from testing to support verification of specific actions or code functions for demonstration to Product Owner or Customer
• Produce or contribute to the development of test reports summarizing test results including anomalies, systems errors, and configuration changes
• Closely coordinate with and communicate to program leadership to ensure program goals are realized and test activities are executed in accordance with the program's strategy and within the project's constraints

• 8 years of prior relevant test engineering experience or Master's degree with 2
