Sr. Automation Engineer Government Acquisitions Inc. (GAI) – is seeking a Sr, Automation Engineer to join our highly skilled Engineering Team. The Sr. Automation Engineer is intended to support cleared (TS/SCI) automation projects in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Job Description & Work Responsibilities (Tasks include but are not limited to the following): Oversee completion of projects for federal clients - inside and outside of the DC Metro Area – and perform as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect
Inform and enforce and technical standards across automation efforts
Contribute valuable technical insight during presales consultations with clients to assist with RPA adoption

Web Development Using HTML And JavaScript (Preferred)Experience with reading from, writing to, and manipulating databases using SQL or PL/SQL (Preferred)
Experience With IT Infrastructure And Networking (Preferred)Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to balance the needs of multiple concurrent projects
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or another technical discipline. Experience: 2 - 5 years working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other RPA software suites 2 years in the Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense industries 2 - 5 years of object-oriented programming (VB, VB.NET, VBA or C# preferred) and knowledge of programming best practices around logical division, portability, documentation, and testing of scripts Interpersonal/Teamwork: Must work cooperatively with Field Sales Representative(s) and Inside Sales Representative(s)
