Duties * First line supervisor for the scientists, engineers, technicians, and support personnel of the Detonation Science and Modeling Branch (DSMB). * Aligns resources to Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and Army priorities. * Provides a vision for the Branch personnel. * Directs accomplishment of highly complex mission-critical weapon systems programs with significant impact on national defense capability to further organizational mission. * Tracks progress of organizational performance to justify significant changes in staffing, equipment/facilities, and processes. * Leads a team to meet customer deliverables both internal and external to the directorate.
