Summary You will serve as a Deputy Training and Readiness Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps of MARFORRES NOLA. Duties * You will provide training and readiness oversight of major subordinate commands to ensure compliance with Marine Corps service and reserve component training requirements, including adherence to established directives and regulations. * You will manage annual, formal school, individual, and collective training for over 30,000 Marine Corps reservists across the United States. * You will evaluate work plans and recommend improvements based on gaps and deficiencies identified. * You will plan the goals, objectives and workload of the division and provide direction for accomplishments to meet established priorities Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
