Site Location: Longmont and Westminster, Colorado Falken Industries is a security provider for the United States government and their clients, focusing on IC, DHS, and DOD objectives. Falken pays every week through direct deposit and promotes from within. In this role, you will provide Armed Physical Security to a designated site to protect information and personnel. You will work as a member of a team of armed security officers and report to the Site Security Manager. As an Armed Security officer with Falken Industries, you will be required to: Perform Access Control for designated site, consisting of personnel searches, vehicles searches, identity verification.
Obtain and maintain required state armed security licensure.
Maintain proficiency in assigned firearms and comply with all safety and use of force policies.
Prepare detailed reports of emergencies, incidents, and interview witnesses.
Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies in the facility in accordance with company and client policy, as well as applicable state laws.
Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols.
