R-00137060 Description Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a Network and Voice Administrator in support of the AFOSR contract located at Arlington, VA. The Digital Modernization Sector is focused on delivering performance-based IT services and repeatable solutions to include applying cloud-factory and aaS (as a Service) capabilities and integrating commercial products to provide a comprehensive digital engineering approach to IT transformation. The selected candidate will work onsite with a team of network administrators / system administrators in a collaborative effort in implement, maintain, monitor and troubleshoots systems in accordance with organizational and/or DoD network policies, procedures, and standards. The candidate will be required to report progress to site lead and stakeholders via Remedy ticketing system and/or Weekly reports. Primary Responsibilities: * Deploy, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment and network to include but not limited to: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity voicemail, Voice Gateways, Cisco router/switch, Cisco ISE and Cisco Telepresence. * Resolve Tier I and II hardware, software and application issues (printer, basic network (LAN), scheduling & troubleshooting video tele-conferences (VTCs). * Troubleshoot problems using scripts and standard, routine procedures; escalates as appropriate. * Maintain required security posture on all network equipment in accordance with DoD and local command mandates and requirements, including updates, STIGs, IOS upgrades, and other basic network security requirements. * Provide Tier 2 support for Windows infrastructure. * Provide Tier 2 support for VMware infrastructure. * Support special projects and day‐to‐day operations as needed or assigned by the site lead. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * U.S. citizenship with a current DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain interim Top Secret clearance. * Active 8570 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as: Security ce, CySA

• Experience working in a DOD environment. * Understanding Cisco networking technologies and configuration; be able to document the network (such as with Visio) * Working knowledge of Active Directory Users & Computers, security groups and NTFS permissions, Cisco network/LAN principles, MS Windows 10, MS Office, desktop & laptop hardware, etc. Preferred Qualifications: * Specific AFOSR experience is highly desired to enable a smooth transition for the customer. * Former DoD experience ideally Air Force this aligns with the customer. * Ability to obtain Cisco CCNA Certification (Routing and Switching), CCNA Collaboration within six months of hire. * Experience with Virtualization technologies, including VMWare ESX, and VMWare Server.
