Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator located in Middletown, RI, is in need a 2 Secret Cleared Jr. Electrical Engineers on a fulltime basis. The Jr. Electrical Engineers will work onsite, supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) and will work on the design, documentation and testing of a number of undersea defense systems, torpedo test equipment, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), sonar electronics, analog, and digital systems. These engineers will design and document systems and circuits in OrCAD, Eagle, Visio, Altium, or PADS, and will thoroughly document progress and findings throughout.
Required Skills:

• 1 years experience in engineering design, analysis, and testing
• Experience creating technical data package quality drawings for electronic systems
• Ability to read and understand complex electrical and mechanical drawings
• Hands-on experience using test equipment to troubleshoot issues
• Experience with National Instruments (NI) products including PXI hardware, LabVIEW, CVI, or TestStand
• PCB design experience with Mentor Graphics PADS Layout, Cadence OrCAD PCB Designer, Altium, or Eagle
• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MATLAB
• FPGA experience using Vivado for Xilinx hardware (FPGAs, SOCs, MPSOCs etc.) or Quartus for Intel products in Verilog and VHDL
• Experience with marine hardware including ROVs, UUVs, sonar, arrays, and transducers
