CLEAResult Rewards And Recognition
Job DutiesIn this role candidates will be part of a program delivery team responsible for designing and implementing innovative residential energy-efficiency programs. CLEAResult seeks a candidate with data analysis, project management and building science skills to grow with our company. This candidate will be responsible for research development and implementation to ensure that projects are completed on-time and with high quality. This role is both internal-facing and client-facing, and there is often direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. This position will also have tasks ranging from data entry and reporting results, observing and collecting results from field activities, reporting ongoing project status updates and working collaboratively with the team to meet project goals and deliverables.
Examples of current and/or potential research activities include: testing new heat pump customer engagement strategies, alternative methods for bringing duct sealing services to the market and piloting new control strategies for heat pump technologies.

Compensation Range$62,700.00 - $94,100.00

Additional InformationThe ideal candidate will:
- Prepare deliverables for management and clients.
- Oversee project activities through coordination with research team members to ensure project schedules are on track.
- Provide the team with clear details of research activities.
- Maintain relationships with internal program stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Attend project meetings and disseminate information to appropriate parties.
- Have reliable transportation as some travel may be required within the state of Oregon.
- Be located within the Portland metro area.
- 5-10 years combined work experience with residential construction, energy efficiency and/or project management
- Bilingual communication skills a plus (fluency in Spanish preferred)
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong writing and reporting skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality; organized and process-oriented.
