Description
ClearlyRated, the leading CX platform for B2B service firms, is seeking a proven VP of Sales to spearhead our explosive growth.
The B2B CX solution market is experiencing explosive growth globally, with a projected CAGR of 17.5% reaching $70B by 2032. This surge is particularly pronounced within professional service verticals, a market segment experiencing significant growth in CX solutions adoption. As professional services firms increasingly prioritize client retention and differentiation through exceptional customer experiences, ClearlyRated is poised to become the market leader in this thriving market.
We're on a mission to solidify our leadership position. We are backed by private equity, rated at 9.3 out of 10 on Glassdoor, and powering the Client Experience programs for over 400 B2B Service firms primarily in the United States.
Key Responsibilities, Skills, Expertise
This is not your typical VP of Sales role. You'll be the architect of our sales engine, wielding the resourcefulness of an entrepreneur and the experience of a proven leader to propel us from a $7M ARR to a powerhouse $50M ARR organization.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams within the enterprise software space.
  • Growth Mindset: A relentless drive to exceed goals and a demonstrable history of accelerating revenue growth from $7M to $50M ARR.
  • Spearhead our journey to $50M ARR: Craft and execute winning sales strategies. This includes building a high-performing team, increasing average deal size by 50% and 3x number of customers and exploring new market opportunities to propel us to $50M ARR within the next five years.
  • Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the B2B professional services landscape and the unique challenges and opportunities these firms face.
  • Customer-Centric: You believe in the power of customer experience and are passionate about helping B2B service firms leverage its potential.
  • Leadership Acumen: The ability to build, motivate, and empower a high-performing sales team that thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic Vision: A keen eye for market opportunities and a strategic mind for crafting winning sales plans and playbooks.
