Title: Data Entry Specialist

Client: Engineering & Manufacturing Company

Location: Edison, New Jersey

Type: Direct-Hire

Pay: $50,000-55,000 annual compensation

Summary:

• Support and maintain all CSR aspects of business customer relationships coordinating operational changes, and updates.
• Support business operations team accountable for performing the day-to-day inventory management of digital video, and physical assets.
• Compile and review videos and upload into digital asset system, ensure accurate meta data listing, maintain business process updates via database.
• Accountable for completing data analysis and accurate processing of all data entry business transactions.
• Facilitate customer enrollment, billing, payment processing, and usage forecasting for departmental customer accounts.
• Manage resolution of operational issues for key clients which may arise with existing and new market data listings.
• Help clients with any issues due to system changes, problems, or changes of internal operating procedures.

Duties:

• Adhere to team objectives that align to the corporate company objectives set by Operations & Management team.
• Create test data templates for testing operations inventory management process to be more accurate and efficient.
• Analyze data to determine exceptions and correct data transactions that fail to load into the billing system or other applications.
• Follow protocols for preventing and handling data exceptions, and merchandise delays.
• Manage all inbound and outbound electronic data transactions that flow through the internal data management platform.
• Analyze digital asset collateral and video assets for program management review and ensure merchandise accuracy within database online application suite.

Requirements:

• 2 years of CSR experience working in a corporate company or professional services organization.
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel – MS project management tool.
• Knowledge of database management applications such as DAM.
• Production skills and understand of the graphic process and color management is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Business is preferred.
