Summary:

• Marketing Research Analyst versed in both B2B & B2C marketing within the automotive and battery industries to support our US market of Electric Vehicle growth.
• Possess and leverage a technical background in the automotive industry and an in-depth understanding of electrified vehicles and energy storage trends.
• Manage the research of market analysis and trends staying abreast of technological advancements and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote electric vehicle products within the automotive and energy storage sectors.
• Explore opportunities for market expansion and new partnerships within the US market.

Duties:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of sales materials.
• Provide marketing support for key client presentations and proposals.
• Develop competitive analysis reports monitoring competitor activities and analyzing market positioning.
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the electrified vehicle and energy storage industry.
• Work with existing relationships and establish new partnerships within EV automotive industry.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market dynamics and build a strong presence in the region.
• Communicate technical product requirements effectively with departmental teams and understand product specifications.
• Translate technical information into marketing collateral and sales enablement tools for business development and sales marketing audiences.
• Prepare executive presentations for trade show seminars training initiatives, product launches, meeting, and industry events.
• Develop compelling training seminars and instructional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft, write and edit complex technical concepts to both technical communications teams and non-technical audiences.
• Drive market penetration through targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Market Strategist or Market Research Specialist within the Automotive industry.
• Must be versed in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, graphs, charts, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in SPSS, and various market research applications to manage large data sets.
• In-depth knowledge of electrified vehicles, energy storage, and market dynamics.
• Ability to build and read market analyses and trends and prepare presentations for marketing campaigns.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Market Strategy, Market Research or related field; technical background in engineering is a plus.
