• Basic understanding of a simple circuit board (How to Read a Schematic (youtube.com))
• Customer Calls: Interacting with customers via phone or video is a crucial part of the job. Use customer calls to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions via phone and email.
• Document relevant information. For follow up inquiries from corporate / restaurant owners, and also so Operations Team can track and learn from recurrent issues.
