Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at ClearView Realty, LLC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office operations, handling phone calls, and maintaining communication with clients. The role will also involve assisting with executive administrative tasks and utilizing strong clerical skills.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
• Strong clerical skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
