What’s the Role?

As a Call Centre Consultant, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support for our Advisers, clients, and customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, to efficiently handle incoming calls and emails. You will collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional service, resolve enquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for all our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Contact: Manage adviser and client relationships by handling calls and emails directed to ClearView.
  • Become an Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of Life products and procedures, becoming a go-to resource for all things related to our offerings.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with various internal teams to promote a client-focused approach, from attracting new clients to building lasting relationships.
  • Deliver Results: Partner with the Operations team to ensure accurate and timely outcomes for our clients.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold legal standards and address any gaps or weaknesses with proactive solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 12 months in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, or corporate environments are all welcome!).
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Organisational and Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in managing priorities and engaging in projects.
  • A Positive Attitude: Dedication, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to your work.
