Manufacturing Manager

• High profile position in the company.
• Oversees plant managers and management of 3 manufacturing facilities across the country.
• Managing inventory process and inventory control throughout multiple locations.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop applicable plans for improvements.
• Implement Best Practices throughout the manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee quality control process throughout the manufacturing facilities.
• Develop future initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Actively involved in the “Replacement Material Request (RMR) process to help reduce the need for and to expedite deliveries of replacement materials.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience in plant management and/ or construction management;
• Winning attitude, confident decision making, practical problem solving and strong leadership skills necessary;
• Outstanding history of positive management experience;
• Supervisory background and skill set expected;
• Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced / demanding environment;
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook helpful;
Credit and Background checks are performed;

Compensation / Benefits:

• Competitive salary along with performance incentive plan; Salary range $60,000-$80,000 commensurate to experience
