This position is a First Shift Position and will have oversight to our processed areas reporting into the Director of Operations. The Operations Superintendent will be responsible for leading a team of Supervisors to achieve optimal performance while ensuring personal development of a highly engaged team. As a Superintendent you would be expected to drive results within area specific key performance indicators (KPI's) as well as lead in a manner that supports companies core values of Ethics, Integrity and Stewardship. Along with KPI management, this role will be expected to identify areas of continuous improvement within the organization and will be required to lead cross functional teams in an effort to support and drive company initiatives. As the Superintendent you will be responsible for the following: - Leading direct reports in the Operations group to attain departmental KPI's. - Lead or participate in cross functional groups to support company initiatives. - Lead Team to meet customer demands and requirements. - Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures for HACCP, SQF, and other requirements including our Quality Control Programs - Identify the critical technical requirements to supervise the area and ensure the requirements are documented - Develop and maintain processes for monitoring performance consistently with KPIs and our Key Expectations Coordinate resources to ensure Supervisor is coached in all technical aspects of the process - Review departmental action plans with Supervisor to improve performance - Provide support for direct reports to conduct effective team meetings promote achievement of goals and objectives. - Develop the team through the CFG Performance Excellence process (i.e., strategic plans, initiatives, team scorecard and individual Coaching Tools are in place for all areas). - Coach and develop supervisors through internal development tools Facilitate training and coach to processes for consistent application. - Other duties as assigned. The Pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonuses.
