The role of the Food Safety Quality Assurance 1st Shift Supervisor assists in aligning the organization on quality and safety while continuing to stand for our three core values of ethics, integrity, and stewardship.
Start Time 4:00 am, some Saturdays required.
Role Overview:
Performance Management
  • Generating and Collaborating with key stakeholders on FSQA KPIs
  • Provide recommendations and partner with key stakeholders for areas of opportunities
  • Utilize CI Tools to improve Team Member Performance and overall departmental effectiveness
  • Provide feedback to the FSQA Systems team on program improvements/deviations
  • Provide direction to outside sanitation vendors and Communicate FSQA concerns
  • Evaluating program deviation/customer complaints investigations and communicating to key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Analyze and review FSQA-related data to provide recommendations for areas of opportunities
  • Facilitate bi-weekly FSQA dept meeting
  • Attend and participate in FSQA Supervisor's weekly meeting
  • Attend and Participate in Sanitation meeting
Talent Management
  • Identify qualification requirements for incoming Techs
  • Coaching and Training for the FSQA Non-Exempt Team
  • Responsible for Hiring and onboarding FSQA Non-Exempt Team
  • Identify and develop a talent pool pipeline for FSQA Non-Exempt Team
  • Perform evaluations for FSQA Non-Exempt Team
  • Hold team accountable to expectations and take action when necessary
  • Identify and remove barriers to team success
Administration
  • Managing and approving Time and Attendance
  • Allocating resources for day-to-day activities for the tech team based on the best needs for the organization
Team CFG
  • Responsible for developing/managing personal career path objectives
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives that require FSQA Support
  • Participate in CFG Sponsored leadership programs
Required Skills:
