This position will assist with administrative tasks related to Commercial Properties at Mount Laurel, NJ. The role will start in-person, with the potential to shift to a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite) after training.

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices.
• Coordinating with vendors and Client tech services.
• Assisting with tenant and vendor customer service.
• Maintaining tenant, vendor, and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, etc.
• Coordinating and monitoring the status of work assigned to vendors.
• Initiating rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenants (where permitted by state regulations).
• Performing various administrative tasks including phone support, correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, and copying.

Requirements:

• 1 years of invoice experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with an invoice processing system.
• Positive attitude.
• Flexibility to shift gears quickly.

Nice to Have:

• Real Estate invoice experience.
• Experience utilizing an invoice processing system.
