Responsibilities Daily cleaning duties and completion of all sidework, before, during, and after the shiftRunning food and beverages and assisting in guest seatingPromptly greeting all guests and communicating our service model/ordering process upon initial seatingAnswering questions about the ordering system and offering technical assistanceEnsuring guests are able to place orders, or whenever necessary, placing orders and processing credit card payment for guestsProviding recommendations and answering questions about menu itemsChecking back with guests to ensure satisfaction of all food and beverage itemsCommunicating all guest satisfaction issues to managementProviding responsible alcohol service, and communicating to the manager on duty whenever a guest is suspected to be intoxicatedStaying active and attentive to all guest’s needs at all timesExpectations & RequirementsThe ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm composure and a friendly demeanorUsing good communication skills Demonstrating a solid knowledge of all food and beverage itemsFluently and efficiently navigating the restaurant’s point of sale systemComing to work on time, and with a positive attitude every shiftFollowing all policies and procedures as communicated by management.Attend all scheduled employee meetingsAdherence to all sanitation and food handling guidelines
