In your role as Ambulatory Nurse Manager, you will support and impact patient care, empower and engage staff and look to make positive changes. Our team of caregivers consists of RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants and Outpatient Clinical Care Assistants that help support any and all areas of ambulatory nursing. This will take a strong leader to support and collaborate with the individual caregivers as well as all the providers across the seven outpatient urology clinics in our southern region; three locations in Akron, Canton, Massillon, Alliance, and Stow.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the practice and delivery of nursing care.
Establishing clinical direction and providing clinical supervision.
Supervising all aspects of personnel management and development.
Developing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.

Demonstrates leadership, management, communication, problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
