Hillcrest Hospital’s 4 West Tower Med/Surg Unit provides orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, and trauma services to adult and geriatric patients requiring medical, surgical, and telemetry care on an inpatient and observation basis. Some of the clinical specialties of this unit include congestive heart failure, heart conditions, orthopaedics, vascular diseases, neurological diseases, and neurosurgery, but as a Level 2 trauma unit, caregivers can gain valuable trauma experience and skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will support the Nurse Manager with the supervision of RN caregivers and other assigned nursing support caregivers.
