Performs all duties as outlined in the Clinical Specialist which includes providing clinical pharmacy services to patients of all ages within in the specialty area, interacts with physicians and nurses to make recommendations regarding drug therapy of patients and educating staff pharmacists, technicians, pharmacy students, post graduate trainees, allied health professionals, nurses and physicians in pharmacotherapy within in the specialty area. In addition, provides leadership to service line by proactively assisting in high level clinical services, training, and education.Please note:While this role is located at Lutheran Hospital, this position is eligible for up to 50% remote work.This role will oversee and lead pharmacy services at Lutheran Hospital for both Critical Care services.
