Your others duties will include but are not limited to: Completing transfer of funds, property, etc. to the Foundation. Coordinating stewardship reports to communicate with donors concerning the use of their gifts. Assisting in department projects, events and programs in conjunction with Foundation needs.The ideal caregiver is some who: Has High-level management and leadership skills. When you join Cleveland Clinic, you'll be part of a supportive caregiver family that will be united in shared values and purpose to fulfill our promise of being the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare.Responsibilities:Achieves significant dollar goals and the success of campaigns for capital, programmatic, research, endowment and operating support for CCF.Supervises and mentors Assistant Directors as directed.Identifies individual major gift prospects using various databases, trustees, physicians and other staff members.Develops cultivation and solicitation strategies for each individual.Establishes a program of personal visits with past, current and prospective donors.Advises donors as to the financial options available, Foundation projects and needs.Develops funding proposals.Other duties as assigned.Education: Bachelor's Degree.Advanced degree and or five years experience in sales, marketing or related field may offset total years experience.Certifications:None plexity of Work: All employees are expected to meet the standards of performance outlined in the Organizational-Wide Competencies listed below as applied to the position: World Class Service Orientation: Includes attitude, behavior, interpersonal skill, and problem solving that enable an employee to respond to internal and external customer needs and expectations in a positive manner.Adaptability: Includes teamwork and flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities including adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.Efficiency and Effectiveness: Includes quantity and quality of desired work, as well as organization skills necessary to perform successfully.Essential Job Requirements: Includes adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines affecting the work environment, including maintenance of required competencies and communication skills.Managerial Responsibilities: Includes overall accountability for assigned work group relative to operational goals, personnel requirements, and budgetary constraints.Note: The above stated duties are intended to outline those functions typically performed by individuals assigned to this classification.This description of duties is not intended to be all inclusive nor to limit the discretionary authority of supervisors to assign other tasks of similar nature or level of responsibility.Work Experience: Demonstrated success and experience in major gifts fund-raising strategies for cultivation and direct solicitation.Minimum five years experience in fund-raising and direct solicitation and capital campaign environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain friendly and cooperative relations with individuals contacted during the course of work, (e.g., corporate executives, donors, staff physicians, etc.).Ability to perform well in a collaborative environment.Knowledge of planned giving vehicles preferred.Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds.May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.Good visual ability through normal or corrected vision.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $44.53Maximum hourly: $67.92The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
