The MRI Department is seekingan MRI Technologist to join their team of devoted caregivers. Within this role, you’ll perform MRI exams on patients of all ages. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
•Preparing and validating the patient screening safety form.
• Educating patients regarding MRI procedures while ensuring patients’ comfort and safety during and after the exam.
•Maintaining equipment and reporting any current or possible malfunctions with equipment immediately.
The ideal future caregiver is someone who:
•Has strong communication skills and can multitask in a stressful situation.
•Is currentlya Registered Technologist credentialed by the ARRT and has a Basic Life Support certification.
• Works well in a close-knit, teambuilding environment.
•Has knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes.
•Providesempathy and compassion in a patient-centered environment.
