Indian River Hospital’s Float Pool provides care to diverse populations of patients in numerous units, departmentsand/or locations. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, administering medication and treatments, assessing and coordinating patients’ discharge plans, and monitoring, recording and communicating patients’ condition.
