On our Medical-Surgical-Neurological Unit, you will be providing care to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, including our stroke patients. Our stroke program is highly rated, and you will be equipped to provide world-class care to our patients.
As a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN), you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit you, your needs and your pace, where you will provide direct nursing care, be paired with a coach that guides you toward success, develop clinical judgement, cultivate excellent communication skills and acquire complex nursing skills. After successful completion of the core curriculum, you will transition to RN Resident II.
