The Coronary Intensive Care and Heart Failure Intensive Care Units, J31 and J32, are part of Cleveland Clinic Main Campus' Cardiac Medical Intensive Care Units. We have 24 patient beds within our J31 Coronary Intensive Care Unit and 10 patient beds within our J32 Heart Failure Intensive Care Unit. Our nurses focus on providing excellent medical care to patients with medical problems such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, aneurysms, endocarditis, pulmonary hypertension, and other acute and chronic cardiac diagnosis that may be life-threatening or require advanced therapies. We practice in a teaching environment that is challenging yet rewarding.
A Registered Nurse Resident will become a part of our family and experience one of the most inclusive, well-rounded, and prosperous training programs. You will work alongside seasoned nurses who are eager to educate and coach new graduates.
What to expect during your residency program:
Asuccess coach will be available 24/7.
New graduate orientation is 12 weeks and includes support from a clinical instructor throughout orientation.
Weekly check-ins to ensure personal and professional goals are met.
Personal assessments to determineareas for growth and opportunity.
