The Vice President Access Transformation is a core member of Cleveland Clinic's Clinical and Operational Improvement executive leadership team. A caregiver in this role is responsible for strategic and operational access transformation and delivery across the enterprise. Reporting to the EVP and Chief Clinical and Operational Improvement Officer, this caregiver oversees and innovates all aspects of the Enterprise Access function as a fully integrated system, designed to deliver a consistent, convenient experience for patients and caregivers.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, maintain and innovate an enterprise-wide access strategy and operating system.
Create and execute strategic annual and long-term enterprise access goals.
Oversee enterprise-wide access operations, performance and technology enablement.
Develop and foster a strong operating system rooted in the Cleveland Clinic Improvement Model.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Markets and Clinical Institutes, IT, Marketing and Finance to deliver nation-leading access results and experience that support and drive enterprise strategies and growth goals.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
15 years of experience in healthcare access, technology, strategy, and/or consumer/patient service delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
Experience transforming teams, processes and services in large, complex organizations with a record of delivering excellent results
Experience working effectively at executive leadership and senior management levels to create, shape and realize a vision and system for sustainable transformation and influenced decision making
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Experience coordinating and implementing initiatives in partnership with physician and nursing teams
Skilled at infusing and inspiring a patient-centered and continuous improvement mindset across multiple large, multidisciplinary, “solid-line” and matrixed teams

Minimum hourly: $104.67
Maximum hourly: $214.60
