We are seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Advisory Growth Leader, Consumer Benefit Solutions, responsible for working with Leadership to set goals, prioritize partnerships and client opportunities for revenue growth. This role can be based virtually within the US.
Job Responsibilities :
- Works with leadership to define Aon's Strategic Partnership goals and objectives.
- Creates standard SLAs and scorecard for Aon to measure the health of key partnerships.
- Reports quarterly results for all defined partnerships.
- Works with leadership and SMEs to review and update the Advisory scope of services and SOPs.
- Primary internal executive sponsor for Advisory solutions.
- Primary external executive sponsor for client Advisory sales.
- Manages team of Advisory Consultants to complete client deliverables.
- Stays up to date on market trends that impact client needs related to BenAdmin services.
- Uses existing data and Aon relationships to identify potential opportunities.
- Communicates with 3rd Parties throughout a given event.
Required Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Salary :
The target salary range for this position is [$170,000 to $185,000] annually. Actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities.
