The Role This role is ideal for creative and passionate self-starters with experience in both digital and traditional marketing. You’ll be given the freedom and autonomy to run with projects, with a data-focussed approach. Collaborating with internal stakeholders including designers, photographers, social media specialists and developers; you’ll help drive campaigns and projects from ideation through to completion. Responsibilities Drive diverse marketing campaigns, prioritising customer satisfaction. Create and execute marketing plans, using Google Analytics, CRM data and other marketing tools to track performance and trends. Develop SEO-friendly content and work with web designers to create well-optimised, engaging web pages and email campaigns. Assist the social media team in running targeted paid ad campaigns. Collaborate with the PPC specialist to align advertising campaigns with business goals, ensuring efficient targeting and budget use for best returns. Manage relationships with external websites to boost lead generation through affiliate partnerships. Improve the digital-to-physical customer experience by providing branches with any necessary marketing materials. Plan events to effectively connect with the target audience. Share marketing results with stakeholders and work with the Communications team to create relevant content. Requirements Demonstrated skill in independently managing projects. A background in carrying out generalist marketing tasks for both digital and traditional channels. Experience using analytics tools to measure marketing success. SEO content writing skills with an understanding of keyword research and other on-page SEO practices. Experience with social media ads and working with design teams. Proven ability to manage relationships across departments. Ability to work well under pressure and handle budgets efficiently. Excellent communication skills for event coordination and team interaction.
